In the sports world, the term “guided imagery” is used with athletes to improve their mental game. No matter what label is used (guided imagery, mental rehearsal, mental skills training, hypnosis) the benefits are advantageous. I use hypnotic guided imagery to help you improve your game on a subconscious level. It is at this level where your automatic responses are, that place where you can gain a better sense of control over the various aspects of sports and performance. Hypnosis is not new to the world of sports as it has been used in the Olympics and boxing as well as many team sports. Golf and shooting skills have been improved with guided imagery as well.
